This artwork is very well done. It gives off a very slight eerie feeling while at the same time being very pleasant to look at.
The anatomy, shading and colouring is very good, as is evident in the pieces that I've seen of yours. I'm glad that you are consistent with these things.
Though, this has less detail on the emphasis (which is Yuno herself) compared to some of your other work. Having less detail than usual is not necessarily bad, I think the simplistic feel of this artwork is one of its good qualities. However, I think a more detailed drawing would have suited Yuno better, in my opinion.
You payed great attention to the blood, which is something to be appreciated - especially because of the way it goes with the main drawing subject. The handprints and small splatters are a nice touch.
Her hair (especially the bangs) is soft looking, yet looks rough at the same time (as if it has been sprayed with hairspray). The hair is beautifully done however, I think it need to feel more - alive. Just a bit of exaggeration of her hair movement might look better.
The face, as usual, is well drawn. I like how you tried to make her look more realistically human-like. Though, I think the nose type doesn't suit her character too well.
I like how the background subtly resembles her hair colour and makes her dress stand out more. An excellent design choice.
In terms of originality, you could have improved. This is quite a cliché way of drawing characters of the yandere archetype.
